Aishwarya holidaying in Miami

Aishwarya who was holidaying in Miami with hubby Abhishek was completely ignorant of the rumor which was reporting that she is going to play the lead role in Mani Ratnam’s dream project “Lajjo” replacing Kareena Kapoor. According to Aishwarya’s business manager, Hari Singh, she will only be doing a film that will also star hubby Abhishek in the main lead. “Lajjo” was supposed to star Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor. However a source from the unit has informed that Mani Ratnam will start his next film by September and recently he has no plans to revive his project “Lajjo”. As far as this film is concerned, Hari says that she has not signed this film but will be doing Mani’s next film that will also star her husband, Abhishek. The subject and the script of the film is not even finalized and Mani plans to get into work with this untitled project by the end of September. As far as Bachchans are concerned, they trust Main without any questions in their mind and know whatever Mani creates will be good for them as formerly it is seen that Mani’s “Yuva” brought a turning point in Abhishek’s career. Even Aishwarya’s debut film, “Iruvar” was a Mani Ratnam film. This Bachchan couple shares a good bonding with Mani and so there is a possibility of doing Ratnam’s film in the coming days.
