Akshay Khanna teams up with Priyadarshan

Once again Akshaye Khanna teams up with Priyadarshan, one of his favorite directors, for his forthcoming film, the title of whom is yet to be decided. Akshaye is busy shooting for this film in Alleppey, Kerala. When we talk about Priyadarshan’s direction, we can sense the uniqueness of his plot. His films are finely knitted with the elements of romance, comedy, action and everytime an undercurrent of some grave issues run throughout the plot. Priyadarshan is fortunate enough to have given big hits with two very widely apart actors, though both of them have similar sounding first names i.e. Akshay Kumar and Akshaye Khanna. The hits given by Akshay Khanna and Priyadarshan at every turn, are films like “Hulchul”, “Hungama” and with their latest project, they are sure to add another milestone on the track of hit records. Started with critically acclaimed Priyadarshan film “Doli Sajake Rakhna” and then giving such witty and humorous hits Akshay Khanna is now all set to act in this typical Priyadarshan comedy.Though people will be missing the on screen chemistry of Akshaye Khanna and Kareena Kapoor as we have seen in Hulchul but we are definitely not going to miss the super comedians like Paresh Rawal, Om Puri and Rajpal Yadav. The film also stars Naseruddin Shah, Shobhan and Archana Puran Singh.
