Resolve sibling rivalry

Conflicts are very common among siblings. Conflicts are common but to be taken cared off other wise these small – small rivalries can aggravate to an irrevocable extent. It is on little – little things that sibling fight for like toys, new clothes stationery etc. It is important to resolve that fight right at the beginning otherwise in later stages they develop in to the professional rivalries, thus also cumbering the social and personal relationship of the sibling.
It is to be understood that these grudges are the major cause for the differences that breed among kids. Parent should never intervene in their conflicts, Never allow kids to use abuse language or be violent to each other, Let them responsible for their own actions, Their should be no comparison between two kids, Their should be no extra favours, Siblings must be encouraged to work together. They must be given some time to understand each other’s importance.
It will take time to cope with all these but finally they will love and become companion to each other.
